What happens after early access?

Early adopters lock in early-access terms, and we'll always tell you well before anything changes.

Do I need internet to use it?

No. The desktop apps for macOS and Windows work fully offline and sync automatically when you're back online.

How does shared inventory work?

A property sets its rates and availability once; operators plan against that live data; a confirmed booking updates availability for everyone.

What if a property I want isn't on vivutio yet?

You can still add it manually. As more properties join, their availability updates automatically.

Do properties have to accept every booking?

No. Every request goes to the property first — they choose to accept or decline.

Can competitors see my data?

No. You only ever see your own organisation's bookings and data — the platform is strictly owner-scoped.
